Adrián Suárez, born in Caracas on April 23, 1969, is a distinguished composer and trombonist with a rich background in music. He graduated from the School of Arts at the Central University of Venezuela in 1994, focusing his degree work on "Luis Laguna and El Merengue Venezolano." Suárez further honed his musical skills at the José Ángel Lamas Superior School of Music in Caracas, where he studied trombone and composition.
A founding member of the international composer group Aspect in Germany since 1999 and the Asociación Musikós in Caracas since 1991, he has dedicated himself to exploring and performing popular music from across the Americas, with a particular emphasis on Venezuelan and Caribbean traditions. His extensive research and performance activities have taken him to various countries in America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, showcasing his passion for music and cultural exchange.
